Manager Guest House Operation & Administration : Africa-Sudan

Responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the company guest house, ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest accommodation, reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest records.
• Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, support staff, and daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and safety of the guest house.
• Manage food services, groceries, linen, toiletries, and other inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain occupancy records, expenses, stock registers, and administrative reports.
• Handle guest requirements, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Administration, or related field.
• 08- 15 years of relevant experience in guest house, hotel, hospitality, or facility management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi .
