Manager - Growth Strategy - Naukri.com

About the Role:

Naukri.com is Info Edge's flagship business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: its job is to find the next set of growth levers for the platform and its revenue, and to drive each one from idea to measurable impact. The mandate is deliberately enduring - as one lever is solved, the role moves to the next.

You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functionally across Sales, Product, GTM, Marketing, Technology and Operations.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and size new growth levers for platform engagement and revenue, and build the business case for pursuing each.

- Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end - from problem framing and analysis through design, rollout and impact tracking.

- Build repeatable frameworks and decision tools that the sales and field organisation actually uses.

- Run structured, data-driven problem-solving - real models and sizing, not just narratives.

- Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, GTM, Marketing, Technology and Operations.

- Translate analysis into crisp, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

- Experience: ~3-6 years in a directly relevant role is a rough guide, but more experienced candidates are welcome. We are open on background: management consulting, strategy, BizOps, founder's-office, or corporate-strategy roles.

- Execution-driven: A track record of turning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes.

- Analytical depth: Genuinely comfortable in the numbers - modelling, sizing, hypothesis-driven problem-solving. Fluent in data and Excel.

- Commercial instinct: Understands how a business makes money, and is comfortable working close to a sales organisation.

- Communication: Sharp written and verbal communication.

- Education: Tier-1 Engineering / MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
