Manager- Group Business | Life Insurance

We have an urgent openings for the position of Manager in Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with corporates, SMEs, financial institutions, and distribution partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for Group Term Life, Credit Life, and other group products.
• Develop strong relationships with brokers, corporate agents, banks, NBFCs, and employee benefit consultants.
• Conduct regular partner engagement activities, product trainings, and joint sales calls.
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and provide timely proposals and customized solutions.
• Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and regulatory updates impacting group insurance.
• Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and finance teams for proposal issuance and policy servicing.
• Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and reporting.
