Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
• Review and sign tax returns and equalizations of expatriate and inpatriate employees
• Mentor and coach staff
• Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
• Keep track of budgets and profitability of the engagement.
• Manage reporting to the client and KPMG stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum master's degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or Finance Experience
• Enrolled Agent Certification or CPA

Qualifications

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• The candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 Firm
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and knowledge of tax regulations
