Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day liquidity and cash flow forecasting to support funding requirements in India, oversee investment decisions for group (portfolio size ~ Rs.1000cr for India ~3000 cr for group).
2. Extensive experience in Forex, FEMA, Forex risk exchange.
3. Manage fund-raising activities, including working capital financing, commercial papers etc for the group (~Rs 4000cr).
4. Manage banking facilities and limits, ensure adherence with investment and borrowing policies, and supervise treasury back-office activities.
5. Evaluate and execute vendor financing and supply chain finance solutions
6. Administer group wide foreign exchange risk management (~15 countries and ~ 45 subsidiaries) and drive implementation of forex management guidelines across entities
7. Prepare and review treasury MIS, management dashboards, and reporting through Anaplan, eMerge etc.
8. Find avenues to optimize post-tax interest income and financing costs across the group
9. Ensure adherence to the Group Treasury Codebook
10. Manage relationships with banks (~10-15), mutual funds (~10), rating agencies etc.
11. Identify, lead, and implement automation and process improvement initiatives
