- Support the design, administration, governance, and operational execution of global sales compensation programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations, commission processing, accrual management, reporting, compliance adherence, and stakeholder support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process standardization.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales compensation processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on sales compensation processes and partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales compensation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, finance, HR, payroll, and systems.
- Experience with process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
