Manager - Global Payroll

We are looking for a **Global Payroll Manager*to oversee client delivery, payroll compliance and operational activities.

• The role includes managing client documentation, resolving complex payroll and compliance issues, preparing management and financial reports, overseeing vendor invoices, billing, cash allocations, disbursements and reconciliations
• You will support client onboarding, AML checks and engagement setup, build strong client relationships, provide guidance to teams, collaborate with internal specialists and drive process standardization and operational efficiency

**Requirements:

*Bachelors degree with relevant experience in **Global Payroll/Payroll Operations**, strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax concepts, excellent client and stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities.
