Job Summary
The opportunity: Manager-FS-TAX-TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting - Mumbai.
Your key responsibilities - Strong technical expertise in corporate tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax compliance for financial services clients. Sound knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks including FEMA, SEBI, and related compliance requirements. Ability to advise on GIFT City setup, tax structuring, and ongoing regulatory considerations for new and existing units. Experienced in managing global compliance and reporting assignments, including client and regulator engagement. Proficient in drafting technically accurate English documentation, opinions, and compliance submissions.
