Manager Furnace operations( hot end)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of blast furnaces to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts during equipment failures or unexpected events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in process optimization.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in blast furnace operation or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of blast furnace technology, including design, operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven track record in loss prevention, defect prevention, and safety management practices.
