- Coordinate with MHADA, BMC, MMRDA, and other regulatory authorities to obtain project-related approvals, permissions, clearances, and statutory compliances.

- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, architects, legal representatives, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support project planning and execution by facilitating timely approvals and ensuring compliance with applicable development regulations and statutory guidelines.
