Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
• Strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial budgeting, financial forecasting, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis).
• Experience working in an IT services or consulting industry.
