Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial close process, including preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting.
  
• Develop and maintain complex models using Excel to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forecasting initiatives across various departments within the organization.
  
• Provide expert guidance on budgeting best practices to ensure accurate forecasting and planning processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in finance & accounts with a strong background in financial planning & analysis.
  
• CA qualification from either first or second attempt; MBA/MMS preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP an added advantage.
