- Manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, transformation, and presentation.
- Ensure overnight MIS jobs, and dashboards run successfully; troubleshoot failures in SQL/Python.
- Distribute workload across 4u20136 analysts, set priorities, and monitor SLA adherence.
- Interact with different teams (sales, risk, operations, credit, audit, product, etc.) u2013 clarify requests.
- Decide which requests need immediate delivery, which can be automated, and which should be declined/redirected.
- Effective management of business-critical support requests during late evenings / early mornings / holidays (beyond working hours)
- Hands-on debugging when issues arise in Python scripts, SQL queries, or dashboards.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelors degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, quant or related field but not mandatory).
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in automated reporting and MIS
Essential skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data.
- Strong experience in Python for data processing and automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to fix issues related to data and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with functional leads.
- Prior exposure to tech/data support in odd working hours.
- Strong project management and process optimisation mindset.
- Prior experience of working in BFSI/NBFC/Lending industry is plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance is plus.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI) is plus.
