Job Title Manager - Fitout Job Description Summary Responsible for managing fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with design and safety norms. Job Description About the Role: Project Planning: Develop fit-out schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders. Execution & Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved designs and timelines. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for timely material delivery and quality workmanship. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fit-out works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational standards.
Reporting: Prepare progress reports, track costs, and update management on project status and challenges. About You: 6–10 years of experience in fit-out or interior project management. Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and safety norms. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
