Role & responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting entries.
• Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, regulatory requirements, and internal financial controls (IFC/IFCR).
• Oversee lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, and financial governance processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, AP, AR, and senior leadership teams.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and ERP optimization initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 4 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Controllership, or Accounting functions.
• Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Statements, Month-End & Year-End Close, Statutory & Internal Audits, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), and Technical Accounting.
• Experience managing financial reporting across multiple entities is preferred.
• Prior experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Big 4, or similar environments will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
