Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Manage financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, product profitability, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations.
• Manage ERP-based reporting, Advanced Excel, and financial process automation.
• Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination.
• Provide financial insights and strategic decision support to management.
