Job Summary

We are looking for an FP&A Manager MIS to drive management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and cash-flow planning for MakeO / Toothsi. The role will work closely with business and functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly MIS and management reporting.
• Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and previous periods.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario-based financial models.
• Develop revenue, cost, profitability and cash-flow forecasts.
• Prepare detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare business and functional dashboards covering revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA and working capital.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor liquidity and working capital.
• Partner with business, operations, marketing, HR and other functional teams.
• Evaluate financial implications of new initiatives and business proposals.
• Support group-level reporting and forecasting across relevant group companies.
• Prepare presentations and financial review packs for senior management.
• Improve automation and standardisation of MIS and reporting processes.

Candidate Profile

• CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
• 47 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, MIS or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.

Experience in a high-growth startup, D2C, healthcare, consumer or technology company preferred.
