Manager - Finance

CBRE is hiring "Finance & Contracts Management Specialist" for a large IT Client in Chennai.

Position Level: Manager to Asst General Manager

Key job roles and responsibilities:

Contract & Budget Management

• Complete ownership of Renewal of contracts to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Manage budgeting processes for the client and CBRE, aligning financial plans with strategic goals

Monthly Financial Operations

• Execute monthly billing for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.
• Prepare and post monthly accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Compile and present Finance MMR (Monthly Management Report) for internal review.

Revenue & Profitability Reporting

• Perform revenue reconciliation with Head Office (HO) to validate income streams.
• Generate and submit monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to HO for performance tracking.
• Deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports to both HO and clients for transparency and decision-making.

Audit & Compliance

• Address and resolve invoice audit queries efficiently.
• Coordinate and support client audits, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Manage CBRE audits, maintaining alignment with corporate standards.

Financial Controls & Team Coordination

• Monitor and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to optimize cash flow.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Purchase Request/Purchase Order (PR/PO) teams to streamline financial operations.
