Manager - Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Review of Export, Domestic, Scrap & Sample Sales Invoices & corresponding E Way Bills
• Posting & review of capex invoices, import bills, domestic raw material, utility bills, manpower service bills & other payables with necessary TDS compliances
• GRIR review, price condition review, GI clearing in SAP
• Vendor ledger reconciliation, general ledger review
• Responsible for month / year end closing activity
• Reporting of plant P&L with variance reasoning
• Preparation of annual budgets, cost MIS, COGS preparation
• Review of inventory levels of raw material, stores & spares and ageing analysis
• Knowledge of - SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, Asset Module, MS Office, MOOWR, EPCG, Export schemes
