Manager- Finance | NBFC

We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager-Finance in one of the leading NBFC for Mumbai.

• Assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of financial systems (ERP, accounting, reporting tools, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system specifications align with business requirements.
• Lead automation initiatives in financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify manual processes and assess automation opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity..
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure the finance team is adequately trained on new systems and automation tools.
• Leverage automation tools and integrated financial systems to streamline financial reporting.
• Ensure financial systems are compliant with Indian regulatory requirements.
