Role Overview:

As a Manager Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to the leadership team, overseeing the fiscal health of our e-commerce and logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with department heads to manage cash flows, optimize working capital, and maintain rigorous financial controls. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide leadership with a clear view of business performance.

- Monitor and optimize working capital requirements to support the high-velocity nature of our logistics and e-commerce operations.

- Lead taxation compliance efforts, ensuring timely filings and adherence to regulatory requirements across all operational jurisdictions.

- Analyze P&L performance across different business units to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth levers.

- Implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of all financial transactions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing financial reporting and P&L analysis within a fast-paced, high-transaction environment.

- Strong proficiency in taxation laws and regulatory compliance, with the ability to navigate complex fiscal requirements.

- Proven capability in working capital management, specifically within the logistics or e-commerce sectors where inventory and cash cycles are critical.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders and senior management.

- A professional qualification such as CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurugram, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

- 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, with a track record of driving process improvements and financial discipline.
