In this role, you will help maintain a strong financial control environment across our global organisation while leading an inclusive and high-performing team. You will be responsible for delivering key processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring effective process ownership. What you offer
- CA with minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical accounting, with a deep understanding of IFRS and the ability to assess and apply appropriate accounting treatments to complex business transactions.
- Advanced financial reporting and analysis capabilities, including month-end close, balance sheet management, and statutory, regulatory, and tax reporting.
- Sound payroll and benefits accounting knowledge, supported by strong reconciliation and financial control skills.

- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with strong planning and prioritisation abilities to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
