Manager Finance & Accounts

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts professional to manage financial reporting, accounting operations, regulatory compliance and financial analysis within a Housing Finance Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Ind AS financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow statements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, applicable financial reporting requirements and statutory guidelines.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Analyse budget variances, identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor financial performance.
• Branch Profitability: Prepare and analyse branch-wise profitability and recommend measures to improve financial efficiency.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct profitability and cost analysis, financial modelling and performance reviews to support business decisions.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
• Team Management: Guide and supervise finance and accounting team members.
• Process Improvement: Improve financial reporting processes, systems and operational efficiency.

Desired Profile:

• CA with 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial statements, regulatory compliance and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Housing Finance is must.
