Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose: Lead Finance & Accounts operations and ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial

reporting, cash-flow management and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
• Lead monthly and annual closing activities.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records.
• Manage GST, TDS and other taxation activities.
• Monitor cash flow, banking and working capital.
• Prepare MIS and management reports.
• Support budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Ensure statutory and accounting compliance.
• Establish and improve financial controls.
• Guide and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
