Key Responsibilities

Operational Finance

• Supervise day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
• Ensure GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
• Monitor billing, revenue recognition, and pending billing.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivables, ageing, and collections.
• Manage banking transactions, facilities, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely monthly closing and finalisation of accounts.
• Supervise finance and accounting activities across branches and factories.

Finance Management

• Review financial and management MIS reports.
• Prepare budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and payment planning.
• Implement and monitor financial controls and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
• Lead, allocate, review, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
