Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Ownership Areas

• Manage Finance & Accounts, month-end closing, AP/AR, GL and reconciliations
• Drive MIS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensure GST, taxation, ROC and statutory compliance
• Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
• Support financial controls, audits, cost optimisation and process improvements
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and commercial support
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team and proficient in Tally and other ERPs

Ideal Candidate:

• 08 to 11 Years over all experience
• Bcom/Post Graduate/ CMA with relevant Finance & Accounts experience
• Strong experience in controllership, MIS, taxation, compliance and financial planning
• Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong Excel / ERP / accounting systems exposure
• Candidates with stable tenure and experience in a multi-entity / multi-location environment will be preferred.
