Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing and account management in compliance with GST regulations, especially for leasing/service billing in mall or real estate operations.
• Ensure accurate GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, and coordination for timely filing.
• Perform TDS reconciliation between company books and customer/vendor records and resolve discrepancies.
• Support finalization of accounts in line with Ind AS standards and statutory requirements.
• Handle financial and operational audits, including preparation of schedules, documentation, and audit coordination.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, accounting, and internal control procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial data, MIS reports, and reconciliations for management review.
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement of finance processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for financial data accuracy and compliance requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer billing and account management under GST in real estate, mall management, or service industry environments.
• Practical experience in TDS reconciliation and statutory compliance handling.
• Working knowledge of GST provisions, return filing, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Ind AS standards and financial statement finalization.
• Experience in handling financial and operational audits.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
• Process-driven professional with strong attention to compliance and accuracy.
