Manager- Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of companys financials as per requirement of Indian accounting standards
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Designing and ensuring operation of internal control systems
• Handling independently indirect tax & direct tax statutory filing returns
• Administer GST, VAT, TDS, TCS compliance
• Insurance Management
• Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly / Half Yearly/ Annual Financial statements
• Ensure timely closure of all Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Activities.
• Accurate and timely upkeep of financial records
• Control cost and identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost & ensuring compliance to applicable tax laws.
• Accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Expert in arranging enhancement of working capital limits.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.

Desired Profile:

• CA (Only Chartered Accountants may apply)
• Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
• Exposure in
• Banking & Project Finance,
• CMA Data
• Accounting & Taxation (GST , VAT, TDS, TCS compliance)
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling (Excel with Formulas)
• Experience in Treasury Management
• Should be well versed in Preparation of Financial Statements like Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flows
• Should have good Analytical, drafting, Communication and presentation skills.
• Should have good knowledge in computer operations including Excel, PPT etc
• Well versed with English & local language.
