Responsibilities-

Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

.

Manage operations across both offices and ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the premises.

Manage and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all office assets. Monitor and address employee health, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness concerns. Oversee visitor management and maintain adequate stock of office consumables.

Follow up and coordinate invoice collection and submission, ensuring all trackers are updated regularly.

Coordinate internal and external audits as per business requirements.

Plan and coordinate corporate events in collaboration with the Marketing team. Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems and relevant work-related software.

Take ownership of additional facilities-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Oversees the Transport Escalation for Noida Offices. Monitor and manage the Transport compliance, Participate in Driver Training, Review the monthly Invoices before final invoicing.
