Job Title: Manager- Equipment Sales.

Experience: 5-9 years.

Location: Noida Extension.

Industry: Construction chemicals, coatings, adhesives, Machinery and Equipment or allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machinery/equipment as per customer requirements and applications.
• Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, equipment costing and technical specifications.
• Possess hands-on knowledge of mechanical components, machine assembly, fitting, fabrication and equipment functioning.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Handle the complete equipment sales cycle, from enquiry and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, equipment demonstrations and trials.
• Coordinate with internal teams for equipment development, assembly, testing and timely delivery.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales technical assistance.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities for equipment sales.
• Travel to customer locations and project sites as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in machinery design, mechanical assembly, equipment development and technical sales.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, costing and mechanical components.
• Strong technical, communication, customer-handling and negotiation skills.
