Role Purpose Statement - Manage day-to-day Master Data Management operations across Customer, Supplier, Material Master and Finance domains.

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes in compliance with defined standards, business rules, and SLAs.
• Support data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key operational point of contact for business stakeholders and internal teams.
  
  

Main Accountabilities Service Delivery Operations

• Execute and oversee master data maintenance and governance activities and ensure adherence to established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues impacting service delivery.
  
  

Data Quality & Governance

• Monitor data quality metrics and identify root causes of data issues.
• Ensure compliance with global data standards, policies, and business rules.
  
  

Stakeholder Support

• Provide timely communication regarding service requests and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and customer focus.
  
  

Knowledge and Skills

Behavior Use knowledge of Bunge's business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.

Technical - Good understanding of SAP Master Data processes and business impacts.

• Knowledge of Customer, Supplier, Finance and Material Master data domains.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP MDG, or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting.
  
  

Education & Experience Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG, SAP MDM, or SAP Master Data experience.
• Experience supporting master data operations and governance activities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global and virtual environments.
