Key Responsibilities

• To ensure compliance to cGMP and Safety regulations.
• To ensure compliance to maintenance of process/ HVAC/Water system Equipment as per SOP
• To ensure smooth plant operation and manpower scheduling.
• To identify critical spares, procurement and its inventory.
• To review preventive maintenance records.
• Periodic review of breakdowns and its short term and long term plans.
• To ensure compliance of calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment's, water system and HVAC etc.
• Support to validation team for periodic validation of process equipment's.
• Follow up for AMC services like UPS.
• Review and maintain SAP work order to Process equipment's.
• Any other job assigned by Reporting Manager/HOD from time to time.
• Participation in all audits and responsible for compliance and response to records of process equipment's.
