Manager, Engineering

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Engineering to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and a proven track record of success.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers to design, develop, and test products and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in engineering management with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
