What Success Looks Like in 1 Year

• Consistently delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for all assigned projects.
• Developing a deep understanding of local construction costs and market trends.

• Contributing to the optimization of estimation processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to refine estimates.
• Maintain and update a database of material and labor costs.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering solutions.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
