Job Title : Manager Engagement Quality Control Review (EQCR) | US Audit
Location : Bengaluru / Kolkatta / Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience : 8 - 15 Years
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform Engagement Quality Control Reviews (EQCR) for PCAOB/SEC audit engagements.
- Review audit documentation, significant judgments, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure compliance with PCAOB, AICPA, and firm methodologies.
- Evaluate high-risk audit areas, Critical Audit Matters (CAMs), and ICFR/SOX-related matters.
- Provide technical guidance to engagement teams and support audit quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with engagement partners and senior stakeholders to drive consistent audit quality.
Required Skills :
- EQCR / Engagement Quality Review / Audit Quality Review
- External Audit, PCAOB, US GAAP
- SEC Audits, SOX 404, ICFR
- Financial Statement Review
- Audit Documentation & Risk Assessment
- Critical Audit Matters (CAMs)
- Big 4 experience preferred
Preferred :
- Experience with DPP/Professional Practice, PCAOB inspections, or SEC filing reviews (10-K/10-Q) is an added advantage.
