Manager - Employer Branding

Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to clearly define the employee value proposition to attract top talent while engaging and retaining current employees
Work with different stakeholders to execute strategies and implement online and offline campaigns particularly in the space of talent branding
Implementing a data driven, integrated recruitment marketing and brand strategy
Monitoring the effectiveness and efficacy while strategizing campaigns for customers they handle
Work with design team to create a solid branding message thats reflected across marketing materials, social media content and internal communication
Equally, understand the challenges with the brand and work to propose solutions
Consistently keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry and make required changes in employer branding strategy and execution
Leading and presenting the campaigns/concepts to the clients.
