Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation

Role Summary:

The Manager E&I is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the facility.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of electrical equipment, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and process control issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage E&I projects, upgrades, commissioning, and shutdown activities.
• Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead, train, and mentor E&I engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• 15-25 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation field preferably Metals and mining, Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, drives, transformers, switchgear, and process instrumentation.
