Location: Urse, Talegaon, Pune

Industry: Electrical Cable Manufacturing

Experience: 1013+ Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance and quality control activities for electrical cables, including E-Beam Crosslinked (EBEAM) cables.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable IEC, IS, EN, and RDSO standards.
• Handle product testing, certifications, customer approvals, and new product development.
• Coordinate customer and third-party inspections and audits.
• Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, 8D reports, and CAPA.
• Drive supplier quality improvement and coordinate with production and R&D teams.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in electrical cable manufacturing and testing.
• Knowledge of EBEAM cables, RDSO approvals, and applicable cable standards.
• Expertise in customer complaint handling, CAPA, and supplier quality management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
