Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the company's online business, primarily across Flipkart and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Flipkart and Nykaa.
• Drive online sales, revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and optimise ad spend.
• Handle product listings, catalogue management, pricing and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, product rankings and competitor activities.
• Manage inventory, stock availability and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams to improve product visibility and sales.
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve business performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Flipkart and Nykaa is preferred.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, health and wellness, beauty or skincare is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising, campaign management and sales analytics.
• Strong understanding of catalogue management, inventory planning and pricing.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
