Manager - Dyed Woven Fabric & Yarn Outsourcing

Responsible for managing outsourced dyed woven fabric and yarn procurement activities, ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers, quality compliance, and on-time delivery to support production requirements.

• Coordinate with fabric suppliers, dyeing units, and spinning mills for material sourcing and delivery.
• Follow up on purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor fabric and yarn quality, specifications, shade approvals, and production timelines.
• Liaise with production, purchasing, quality, stores, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, shortages, delays, and rejections.
• Maintain reports, delivery trackers, and vendor performance records.

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or related field.
• Experience in textile sourcing, dyed woven fabrics, yarn procurement, and vendor management.
• Good knowledge of textile processing, dyeing, finishing, and yarn specifications.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
