Manager - Digital Marketing & Brand

Role:

You will work directly with the Managing Director and sales team to plan and execute marketing activities. We need someone who understands branding, marketing, digital marketing, and contributes practical ideas and takes them through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan marketing: Understand our products and customers, and develop a practical marketing plan.

• Manage digital advertising: Run and improve Google and Meta campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creatives and testing.

• Handle SEO and website improvements: Execute on-page and technical SEO, addressing crawling and indexing issues, redirects, broken links, structured data and page speed. Improve product and landing pages to generate more enquiries and sales.

• Coordinate content and campaigns: Develop clear briefs for social media, advertisements, videos and marketing materials, working with designers and other external partners.

• Measure and improve results: Track enquiries, sales and marketing costs. Work with the sales team to understand customer feedback and use the findings to improve marketing. What we are looking for

• Relevant digital marketing experience, with hands-on experience managing Google and Meta campaigns.

• Practical experience in on-page and technical SEO, including Google Search Console.

• Sufficient knowledge of HTML and website platforms to diagnose issues and implement routine SEO fixes independently.

• An understanding of website analytics and how to turn visitors into enquiries and purchases.

• Ability to understand product strengths and communicate them clearly to customers.

• Someone who can suggest ideas, prioritise work and execute with a small team.

• Clear communication and comfort working with numbers.

Experience with consumer products, e-commerce or a growing brand would be useful. You should be able to handle core digital marketing and routine technical SEO work yourself,
