Job Tittle - Manager / Deputy Manager

Criteria/ Experience - Candidate should possess at least 3 to 5 years' of relevant experience.

Qualification- Graduate/ Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities -

• Documentation, Pre & post disbursement activities for advances sanctioned.
• Preparation of sanction letters.
• Co-ordinating with the operating units, to obtain legal opinion, valuation report, Techno Economic Viability report, Lenders Independent Engineers report and all such other reports/documents as required.
• To check/verify the security of documents, legal opinion, valuation report, TEV report, LIE report and all such other papers/documents.
• Entering disbursement and creation of various loan related masters in Finacle.
• Ensuring charge registration with CERSAI/ROC within the stipulated period.
• Preparing disbursement SOP and ensuring completion of all documentation/pre-disbursement formalities before disbursement of credit facilities.
• Verifying invoices/Bills/Receipts/Vendors/suppliers/Contractors/other parties/ stock statement/Books of accounts/account statement/GST returns/Tax returns/all such other documents, to ensure that the disbursement is as per the specified purpose.
• Preparing Post Disbursement Monitoring Reports and presenting before the respective sanctioning authority.
• Ensuring compliance with the Internal/statutory/regulatory audit observations.
• Maintaining/updating files, registers and such other records as required.
