Manager/Deputy Manager Marketing (SoHM)

Mahindra University, School of Hospitality Management (SoHM) is looking for a result-oriented professional to lead marketing and outreach initiatives. The role will focus on strengthening the School's visibility, student outreach, brand positioning, and engagement with schools, institutions, and industry partners.

Position: Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing

Department: School of Hospitality Management (SoHM)

Location: Mahindra University, Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies for the School of Hospitality Management.
• Promote academic programmes through school visits, education fairs, events and other outreach initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education counsellors and relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns in coordination with the University's Marketing and Communications teams.
• Organize open houses, campus visits, promotional events and student engagement activities.
• Support content development for brochures, presentations, social media and other marketing materials.
• Track leads, enquiries, conversions and campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide inputs for programme positioning.
• Represent SoHM at relevant education and hospitality industry events.
• Coordinate with the Admissions team to support student enrolment targets.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in a Hotel Management/Hospitality Management institute will be preferred.
