Manager /Deputy Manager - Logistics Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Imports Customs Clearance and Documentation Work (By Sea and By Air).
• Coordinating with vendors to get quotes for Ex-Works Shipments (Air and Sea), Cold Storage and forwarding.
• Preparation of Customs Duty pertaining to Imports as per the latest tariff.
• Submission of Customs Bill of Entries to Concerned Bank.
• Regular Co-ordination with CHA for clearance of Shipments from Customs
• Arranging Transportation for delivery of materials Inhouse and from all Ports
• Preparation of Form As towards GST Nill against EOU.
• Visiting GST Jurisdiction Office and SEZ office for Form As
• Visiting EPD office for Submission of Data and Bonds Purpose as per the EOU.
• Preparation of Export Documents for Clearance Commercial and Sample Shipments
• Shipping Bills Submission.
• Preparation of Bills (Clearance, GMR Storage, Freight Bills and Transport Bills).

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
• Proficiency in MS Office
