Manager / Deputy Manager - Facade Projects

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the installation of facade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and roofing.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects in construction work.
• Develop detailed reports on project status, budgetary concerns, and quality control measures.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in managing facade projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades.
• Proficiency in estimating costs for various types of materials used in facade installations.
