Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage small teams of data scientists across analytics and applied machine learning engagements.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning solutions using Python and SQL on large, complex datasets.
• Own the end-to-end data science and ML lifecycle, from problem framing and data preparation to experimentation and model evaluation.
• Guide technical design decisions while remaining hands-on with modeling, feature engineering, and performance tuning.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders to deliver solutions with clear business impact in a global, matrixed environment.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning roles
• Machine learning (classical ML and applied ML delivery)
• Data science (end-to-end lifecycle ownership)
• Python (advanced proficiency for analytics and ML)
• SQL (advanced proficiency for data extraction and analysis) Good to Have:
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow

Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
