Must have skills:

• 4 years of experience in statistical analysis & modeling.
• 4 years of hands-on machine learning experience.
• 4 years of programming experience (preferably Python).
• 3 years of experience in SQL/Data Extraction & Data Manipulation.
• 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong expertise in voice analytics (Plus)

Responsibilities:

• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
• Perform advanced statistical inference, experimentation (A/B testing), and model evaluation.
• Analyze voice and call center data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present analytical findings.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present complex analytical findings to business and executive leadership in a simple and impactful manner.
• Work independently with strong ownership and manage multiple priorities.
• Support transition/change management initiatives through analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and stay updated with emerging data science and AI technologies.
