Manager - CSR

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company values and ESG goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor CSR initiatives across education, healthcare, environment, and community development.
Collaborate with NGOs, government authorities, and community stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programs.
Support communication and branding of CSR initiatives through impactful reports, success stories, and storytelling.

Ideal Candidate: A CSR professional with strong stakeholder management, project execution, compliance, and community engagement experience.
