How will you contribute to our success

n
• Crew management:
n
• Supervising crew coordinators in their day-to-day current functions such as the following below but not limited to:
n
• Planning and appointment of personnel to vessels in accordance with CSL procedures, agreed terms & conditions of employment as per CBAu2019s (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and specified experience/ qualification requirements
n
• Crew change and rotation planning ensuring timely relief and effective cost management
n
• Performing full cycle recruitment for officers and shipboard personnel
n
• Ensuring that seafarersu2019 training requirements are met
n
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of the companyu2019s shipboard personnel are available and maintained within the crewing system
n
