Manager CPMS

• We would like to have a replacement for someone who was leading capital project management practice for us in Transport Logistics Mobility
• We are looking at someone who can anchor execution of engagements, do pro-active reach out for CPMS and help in garnering business for the practice to scale it up

• Responsible for managing CPMS-related operations, projects, systems, and processes

• Oversees planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of CPMS activities
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business and operational objectives
• Reviews performance metrics, identifies process gaps, resolves issues, and implements corrective actions
• Manages team performance, resource allocation, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication
• Supports process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and quality standards
